Second time at the coming to service dept and can't get issues fix due to them not reproducing the isssue...radio delamination not covered by them, have to contact uconnect. Everyone was completely miserable that worked there. Charged a reconditioning fee, but also did not have any receipts for any work accomplished. Made initial contact after 9 am and was greeted by the General Manager due to staff training. He understood exactly what I wanted and went to work! His Sales Manager Mr. Miqueias Braganca search and foun General Manager due to staff training. He understood exactly what I wanted and went to work! His Sales Manager Mr. Miqueias Braganca search and found the vehicle awaiting for transportation to dealership location. Originally told it would take a week but arrived the next day! Salesperson Samuel was there every minute to guide me thru the process which made to smooth and timely! Financier extraoenaire Mr John Dearing was very professional and proficient in his money saving abilities and blew the competition away! Sir I thank you for that thumbs up 👍🏼.
