I did not have a positive experience. In the end, David was a good service advisor but the original one claimed he had called the rental car company on my behalf to let them know a few days were covered, k was a good service advisor but the original one claimed he had called the rental car company on my behalf to let them know a few days were covered, kept giving me time frames he would call me back with updates on my car and those would pass so I would have to call and wait on hold for 10-15 minutes to get someone to talk to and they ended up switching my advisors. I knew the repairs would take a few days and they offered to pay 2 days of car rental, but then I was charged the full amount from enterprise and I'm still dealing with it. My entire visit was a headache. Might be driving farther next time to go to a different Jeep dealership. More
