The sales process left a lot to be desired, honestly. Ii was there for over 6 hours. I bought a used car and was told they were fixing a nail in the tire. What I didn’t realize was that it was never fixed was there for over 6 hours. I bought a used car and was told they were fixing a nail in the tire. What I didn’t realize was that it was never fixed. They started it. Put the spare on a d then gave me the car. Spare on. No Jack. No tire cover. I called the dealership 4 times and was always told they were looking into it. Finally I brought the care up after days of no response. They had to keep it an entire day. Refused to give me a loaner so I could get to work. If it wasn’t for the genuine care and concern of my Service Associate, Jonathan, there would be maybe 1 star. He made sure that the car was safe. Turns out both front tires had no tread and were not retaining air. He did a full safety check. Made sure the tires were relapsed at no cost to me. Made sure I had a spare as well as the Jack and tire cover and everything else it should have. He saved the day. I would definitely use the service department but probably would not buy another car from them. They cared more about the sale than my safety and satisfaction with my purchase, and that’s disappointing. Buying a car is stressful enough. Thank you Jonathan for your genuine care and concern. I left my car on Tuesday before noon, advisor told me that my car needs oil change, coolant flush, tire computer alignment and differential. The advisor never called me but he said my car will be ready on Wednesday so I decided to pick up my car on Thursday at 2pm (after 2 days) and the advisor said I had to come back at 5:30 because the car it is not ready yet; So, I told the advisor that I need my car now and will make another appointment to finish with the service when the advisor said that they did not do nothing to my car after 2 days in the shop. In general, worst service, advisors do not ask if customers need help or should be kindness. More
