Bought a CPO Ram 1500 ecodiesel, open recalls not fixed prior to sale and had to waste a half day waiting on repairs the next day. When I arrived to get my new vehicle, vehicle was not fueled nor detailed prior to sale and had to waste a half day waiting on repairs the next day. When I arrived to get my new vehicle, vehicle was not fueled nor detailed an I had to wait an additional hour. After signing over my trade I go out and the truck won't start. Try again it cranked for another 30 sec or so and finally turned over. UNACCEPTABLE! Especially for a vehicle that was just in their shop for rrpairs. After an additional hour of back and forth and then asking to speak with Manager, Dan, the said they have to take it back into the shop with no estimate of how long it will take to fix the vehicle. NO OFFERS OF ANYTHING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. Im now waiting on a rental from enterprise. More of my time wasted... "Arrigo advantage" is a ripoff all around but I wanted this truck. Did not recieve the car care products, door edge guards charged in the package were not replaced. No edge guards on rear doors, headlights had bug splatter on them, and paint protector was applied over dirty surface with leaves I the wheel wheel. What does arrigo do again for this large "fee"? The dealer surely made money on a trade and a sale from me... poor value... poor service... poor attention to detail.. This will be the first and last time I purchase from any Arrigo dealer. Update: 3 days after purchasing vehicle, and the service department just started working on the Truck, despite being told that it was complete by the service advisor. I was told 3 days ago someone put gasoline in the diesel tank (the only one who gueld the vehicle was the salesman prior to delivery). Salesman told me today that I cannot cancel the purchase, tbey will not refund my cash,, and return the vehicle I traded in... SALES MAN VERY DISMISSIVE AND HUNG UP ON ME. Management at the dealership, and the Morgan Auto group has failed to return calls or emails regarding situation. Bottom line I purchased a CPO vehicle that was damaged by a representative at the dealership prior to delivery and have not recieved the vehicle that they took my money for. More
