Horrible customer service! Originally inquired on a 2018 Mazda 6 via online, and Richard reached out. Told him I reside in Ohio, looking to trade, and situation on purchase. Great! So sent him pictures of Mazda 6 via online, and Richard reached out. Told him I reside in Ohio, looking to trade, and situation on purchase. Great! So sent him pictures of my car VIN and information. 2hrs go by, I text to confirm you received the pics, no response! So I called, he said oh let me check, then asked for my current finance company advised, said would get back to me soon. 2hrs go by again, no contact so then I called in spoke to a Julio, advised him dont want to work with Richard, clearly he doesn't want to do business, so told him about my trade, and he goes and tells me go to Carmax to get a appraisal they cant honor another dealers ships appraisal like Honda which is the vehicle I have! Everyone knows Carmax lowballs people on trades so that was a dumb gesture! So after I said never mind, finally Richard text me saying, my appraiser is swamped, at this point I dont even want to do business with this dealership, and the sales peoples incompetence! More
