Where to begin. Made an appointment 10 days prior. Arrive at scheduled time to a completely vacant service drive and told to wait for a service writer. Waited 30 minutes in this service lane with 4 service w at scheduled time to a completely vacant service drive and told to wait for a service writer. Waited 30 minutes in this service lane with 4 service writers sitting in the AC not moving to assist. Finally a mechanic who was passing by said go inside. Finally go inside and get attended. This service is ridiculous and really makes sense why the service drive was empty because people know this place is horrible at attending customers. I then asked about emptying a rear differential and was given a price of 275 plus tax. When I informed jiffy lube offered 99 plus tax just got told ok well thats your call. Completely ridiculous attendance and process. Honest recommendation for the dealership is out with the old and get new writers who will do their job. More

Sales representative Lisa was excellent no hassles straightforward and trustworthy. Had an issue with your extremely pushy finance guy told him I didn’t want gap insurance etc wasted my time I wound u straightforward and trustworthy. I wish I could cancel it as it will keep me from recommending your dealership!! More
