Arrigo Margate sold me a vehicle with a lien on it. I did not know it had a lien until they sent me a second temporary tag. They have now sent me a THIRD temporary tag. Both selling a vehicle with a lien and not know it had a lien until they sent me a second temporary tag. They have now sent me a THIRD temporary tag. Both selling a vehicle with a lien and sending more than one temp tag is illegal and a crime. I have been trying to get them to take care of the situation with no response to emails or calls. I have called over 10 times and the receptionist has promised multiple times they will call me back the day of and I never receive a call. It has been terrible doing business with them and I would NEVER recommend Arrigo to anyone. More

Everyone did their very best to make sure I walked away with a vehicle on the same day. If I hadn't switched vehicle I'm sure I would've finished up within four hours. The staff overall were really nice an with a vehicle on the same day. If I hadn't switched vehicle I'm sure I would've finished up within four hours. The staff overall were really nice and extremely helpful with all the efforts to have me walk away with a new top of the line new truck. The only down side is Chrysler changing up the deal on me as I already had the car for two weeks. It's a shame that they gave me such a high interest rate because it's my first new car...... for that I give a one star rate! More

At the end when all the documents had been signed, they were saved to a USB drive which was presented to me so I could peruse all 36 docume trade in. The sales person Richard showed me EXACTLY what I asked for. The Closer (if thats what He's Called) Vincent was Nice. But I won't Name Names...My Paperwork was TOTALLY SCREWED UP.
