I think this is the best service department of any car dealership I have ever visited and used. A few minutes after pulling up, someone came out to tell me what # I would be in terms of having someone co dealership I have ever visited and used. A few minutes after pulling up, someone came out to tell me what # I would be in terms of having someone come to meet with me. Brett came to meet with me and he was pleasant and upbeat. He confirmed my reservation and what I wanted to be done while I waited. When it was finished, he came to the waiting area to collect me and escort me to the payment counter, then to my car. Sadly that day was his last day as he was moving to Tampa. What really impressed me was the video I received that was taken by the automotive tech working on my car, showing what he was doing to it. That went WAY above my expectations! I think even if you don't own a Jeep/Dodge Chrysler you should use this service department for your auto repairs and maintenance. More

Price on every Vehicle on the lot is 2500 higher then they advertise because they put an Arrigo advantage plan on the price that they refuse hated!!!
