Front desk advisor, Heather, was very rude to mechanic staff in front of clients. Unnecessarily rude. Staff were relaying information to her and she said “move along, you don’t need to tell me that” in a staff in front of clients. Unnecessarily rude. Staff were relaying information to her and she said “move along, you don’t need to tell me that” in a very condescending manner. After I called at the end of day to get status on vehicle she told me my vehicle was ready, as I was on my way to pick up vehicle after getting a ride there she told me it was actually not ready and that she would push to have it ready first thing in the morning. I called her for a status late morning and got sent straight to voicemail. She never called me back and thankfully I received notification via email about car status from mechanic staff. When I got there front desk staff had to venture out to find out status of vehicle as they did not have any updates from Heather. They also had to remove diagnostic fee that Heather failed to mention. I’m grateful for the staff that was there to pick up the slack. The disorganization (to the point of not knowing car status) and rudeness to her own staff was very discouraging to see. More

Good morning, came and had my oil changed and tire rotation. Was there early wanted to get in and out . Was met by heather who was awesome!! Very personable and knowledgeable.
