I would like to Share with you my recent experience with Arrigo CDJR Margate. On Wed, April 28, I spoke to Nestor Diaz, a sales person from your dealership. He was professional and diligent in the entire p Arrigo CDJR Margate. On Wed, April 28, I spoke to Nestor Diaz, a sales person from your dealership. He was professional and diligent in the entire process. If this was my dealership I would want more people like Nestor there. We agreed on a price and my credit card was charged $2,000. I added the new Jeep (my second one) to my auto insurance policy and send my driver’s license and proof of insurance to Nestor. On May 5, Nestor confirmed that my Credit Card was charged and had me speak with his finance manager to run my credit score and to confirm my monthly payment. On Sunday May 16, from Philadelphia, I confirmed the delivery time with Nestor for Monday May 17 On Monday May 17, I flew to Florida. After I landed at around 10:00 AM, I received a video from Nestor saying that he is getting ready to deliver my car by 1:00 PM that day - here is the link to the video https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/elead1one-dealbuildershowroom/24174/203809427_b56359cd-3bfa-4821-94f6-e85bd39bf8f3.mp4 About 20 minute later a received a call saying that his sales manager Vincent Velenty will not honor the deal. I asked how much more he was looking for and was told that the price increased from 65,629.65 to 75,676.33. He felt terrible about the way I was treated by there was nothing that he could do. Purchase and negotiation were smooth. Truck so far has ended up with two issues that I’m unhappy with. One issue showed up, but was resolved while on the lot.
