I am torn as far as recommending. Both our sales people and the finance team were very nice and helpful, so it had nothing to do with the people...they were great. Our issue was we weren't told prior to si and the finance team were very nice and helpful, so it had nothing to do with the people...they were great. Our issue was we weren't told prior to sitting down and starting paperwork about the extra $2500 we HAD to pay for the Arrigo Advantage. These items are nice, but we would HAVE NOT purchased, if we had a choice. We were told it came with every car and we had to have it because it was what made the car ready for a new buyer. If thats the case, then advertise the price WITH this already added. We were about to get up a leave without buying anything when this was told to us...its sneaky and not upfront. Thats a large shift in price! They gave us a bit more for our trade which helped, but felt very much like we were in the sneaky claws of "used car sales - Ville". This added cost is ridiculous and should be told up front! More

The final price I was given online was NOT honored. I literally flew to Fort Lauderdale to get this car. I arrived before 11 am and didn’t leave till 4 pm. Every step was difficult. Complaint Letter to customer service follows with attached photos. I have a "car service plan" contract number 28704250. As such, I went to Arrigo Margate on April 22, 2021 to have the oil and filt attached photos. I have a "car service plan" contract number 28704250. As such, I went to Arrigo Margate on April 22, 2021 to have the oil and filter changed and the tires rotated. I returned home and didn't use my car until April 24, 2021. While driving, my wife and I heard a noise coming from the front right. I stopped and we were shocked to see that two lug nuts were missing and the other three were loose. I somehow screwed the remaining lug nuts back in and went back to the garage. We asked to speak to a manager and Mr. John Scott introduced himself. We showed him the wheel and he asked us to return the next day. My wife insisted that the car was not safe to drive. At that point, he suggested de leave the vehicule and he’ll call us an Uber. We kindly decline (sanitary reason – Covid 19). He finally asked a mechanic to screw the lug nuts and replace the missing ones. He asked us to come back the next day to do the necessary checks and repairs. We had to stay in the waiting room for 4 hours during this procedure. My wife and I were due to go to Miami after the maintenance but a last minute impediment forced us to stay at home. What would have happened if we had lost the wheel on the highway? What has happened is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. I am waiting to know as soon as possible what action you will take in this matter. More
