I purchased a new 2021 Challenger from Arrigo Margate, and within a week, I noticed a persistent rattling that I could not identify. Heather Stone (Hot Rod Heather) was assigned as my service advisor. S and within a week, I noticed a persistent rattling that I could not identify. Heather Stone (Hot Rod Heather) was assigned as my service advisor. She was fantastic and assured me that they would resolve the issue, but it would take several hours, and she arranged for me to be transported home by Uber so I would not have to wait at the dealership. Over the course of the day, both Heather and Victor test drove my car repeatedly. Victor worked tirelessly trying to pinpoint where the rattle was coming from and removed several vehicle components (i.e., dashboard, wiper blades, etc.) and eventually figured out that the rattle was coming from the upper consul. Insulation was added, and that solved the problem. I know that both Hector and Hot Rod Heather spent a considerable amount of time on my car, and I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service that both of them provided to me. I went there to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica. They had several listed online and I was interested in the Burgandy one listed for $21,722 as a Certified Preowned. Andy was my salesperson. He was very nice and showed me several Pacifica’s and we took the Burgandy one out for a test drive. We went back in and I waited while Andy put the numbers together. To my surprise, the total they came back with was over $30,000. For the same vehicle listed online for $21,722. Even the fine print disclaimer did not list that they charge additional for that “Arrigo Advantage” and also a reconditioning fee. Wow! Almost $5,000 added on for what they say they put into the vehicle. Then why not just list it for that? Instead of using deceptive means of baiting people ? This was awful. Then Lou or Louis came out. He wouldn’t even acknowledge that this type of deception was wrong. Even when I agreed to pay the listed amount plus taxes and document fees, they said no. They would not go lower than just removing one of the reconditioning fees. Which still had it going over $27,000. There was no apologies for their deceptive sales ploy. Lou or Louis said that Arrigo doesn’t run them anymore so they do things differently. I had purchased a Promaster from the Arrigo in Fort Pierce last July. I never saw these fees added on. Just list the vehicle for what you want to sell it for. Don’t try to deceive your customers like this. Not nice and not a good way to do business. More

Avoid this place as it is unprofessional and disorganized. Made an appointment for service which was confirmed. Upon arrival they said they had no appointment scheduled. Stated my issue with vehicle and they said they would call me in a few hours to tell me what the issue is. Never received call. Called the next morning and they stated the tech was doing a diagnostic on it still and to check back in a few hours. I then arrived at dealership a few hours later and was told again that tech is still diagnosing the issue and that i would know something in 30 mins. An hour goes by and still nothing. Service manager tells me that there was a mix up and my truck was never even looked at and was sitting out on the lot since the day before. He said if I gave them a couple more hours that they would be able to look at it. I told him that it was that was fair and requested a loaner or rental car for the afternoon so that I could pick up my son from school. Service manager said he had no loaner and wouldn’t be able to approve a rental until my vehicle was diagnosed by a tech. I stated that you have had my vehicle for more than 30 hours and haven’t even looked at it yet. Then they decided to approve a rental which would be ready in 10-15 mins. I waited almost an hour for the rental and gave up. I asked for my keys to my vehicle so that I could leave. They then informed me that my tire was completely flat and that it wasn’t drivable, I asked them to fill it up with air and I would fix it. Waited another 30 minutes for them to get someone out to fill the tire. But they ended up driving it into the shop and put the spare tire on. I will never go back to this dealership again. They lied to me on multiple occasions and treat customers poorly in general. More
