I don't usually leave any kind of reviews, but after this morning when the Salesperson told me that the service department opened at 7 am instead of the regular hours at 9 am, and promised to have the Perma morning when the Salesperson told me that the service department opened at 7 am instead of the regular hours at 9 am, and promised to have the Perma plate completed FAST. I was there on 05/14 and waited over 4 hours and the Perma Plate was never completed. So far I have experienced nonexistent, nonattentive, sloppy, and often misleading customer service. More
