They manipulate the MSRP multiple times trying to confuse you by offering "discounts" while simultaneously increasing the vehicle price way above MSRP to compensate for that. Felt deceived the whole time we were negotiating. The only positive is the sales advisor (who was not involved in the negotiation) which has been attentive and responsive to my requests post-sale. To me this is like those dealers that have a car priced very low to get you in the door but the actual car is never available. So sad, bad business practice. More

Make sure you do the math on the new car, the laundry list of fees and the trade. They added in like an extra 9k on the MSRP. Brian Crystal was very professional took care of my warranty issue and got it taken care of and record time and very pleased with the service and the new product installed . My previous interactions with arigo several years ago or very disappointing at the dealership off sawgrass. Since this one opened this is my second charger and I've been taking it there for updates from the factory and any other recalls. The place is clean and the staff is polite and friendly. I would definitely give the sales department a chance to earn my business when I'm ready to upgrade and several years. Hopefully some form of the charger will still exist. More
