I had a warning light on my new Pacifica. When I took it to the dealership David Denson scanned it right away in the service drive and went over it with me. Not only was he very courteous but When I took it to the dealership David Denson scanned it right away in the service drive and went over it with me. Not only was he very courteous but he was extremely competent. He kept the car until it was repaired and sent me a photo of the fault they found, he could tell how concerned I was about taking my new car on a road trip when it might have a fault but by sharing what they found I felt much better about driving it. Flew to complete purchase in person based on a vehicle inspection report that was spotless and arrived only to find that the vehicle had numerous cosmetic defects that weren’t disclosed.
