Awful experience. Misdiagnosed my problem. I told the intake guy where the noise was coming from, and when it happened being sure it was from the air conditioner. They Misdiagnosed my problem. The mechanic took his word for it without driving the car, and taking what I said into consideration. He replaced the alternator and the pulley and then didn’t do a test drive. When I went to pick up the car and left the lot, the noise was still there only louder. I returned the car, told them they didn’t listen to me. It was still coming from the air conditioner. They called me later to tell me it was the air conditioner compressor. I knew that all along. They kept my car for five days when it should’ve been two. The aggravation wasn’t worth it. I’ll never go back the mechanics and the people there don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t take a chance I only went there because I didn’t have a mechanic. I’d rather find someone on Google and let them have my car again. More
