Came in for an oil changed and rotation and have a slow leak in one tire looked at. 4 people at the counter doing nothing and couldn't acknowledge me it wasn't until someone I believe was a manger said is leak in one tire looked at. 4 people at the counter doing nothing and couldn't acknowledge me it wasn't until someone I believe was a manger said is someone helping you and I said no they were told to help me was I finally given attention. When I pick up the car they said the leak was fixed but the tire now in it's location was at 39 psi and all the other tires where at 30 psi. At sawgrass they do a video inspection of the car and let me know if something else needs attention they not only didn't do that they couldn't even take time to get the tire psi correct. More
