Came in for regular maint, plus issues with CarPlay and replacement of windshield wipers that were offered free through your dealership. CarPlay is still having issues, due to the fact that the issue could replacement of windshield wipers that were offered free through your dealership. CarPlay is still having issues, due to the fact that the issue couldn’t be duplicated. Windshield wipers are smaller than the original wipers, not sure why I wasn’t given the same size of the original wipers. Service adviser never gave me updates, I left messages which weren’t returned, when I finally reached him to ask if car was ready for pick up it sounded like they hadn’t even started (almost 24 hrs after drop off). He said he would call me before end of day and never called me with an update. He also failed to mention that he would be off the following day so I called and left messages, but luckily I always call main number in the afternoon for anyone to give me an update. I did however have fantastic interaction with Janna over the phone. She was extremely helpful. I have yet to have a decent experience at this dealership with a service advisors. I came from Honda before this and they were fantastic and always on top of their customer service so I’m very disappointed especially since I live 30-45 mins away. I’m actually closer to Joey Accardi but chose Arrigo because your sales department was so much better than Accardi at the time. I thought if the service department was too it would be well worth the drive. More
