Terrible service from Upfredo. No follow up, kept my car for over a week and didn't touch it. I took the car Thursday and his first call to me was on Tuesday of the following week. No follow up, kept my car for over a week and didn't touch it. I took the car Thursday and his first call to me was on Tuesday of the following week. Furthermore, absolutely nothing was done to the car, I wasted a compete week of time without any repairs. I brought the car with legitimate issues (check engine light, ABS light and Traction control lights). The answer for refusal of service: "you have after market parts in your Jeep". It is a 2012 Jeep Wrangler, lots of Jeeps have after market suspension which had nothing to do with the problems I brought the car for. He told me that the engine light was on because the ABS light was also ON. I mentioned that the ABS came on a few weeks later that the issues were unrelated. The engine light turned on First. I took it to another mechanic and he discovered the following: In 1 day he told me the 2 ABS sensors were bad which triggered the ABS and Traction control lights. The engine light was due to an EVAP leak, he smoked the system, found the leak and repaired it. I will never bring my car Arrigo again, they lost me as a customer. I don't understand why I was treated that way. More
