Evan the sales mgr sat down and we discussed what I wanted and my concerns. He then specifically picked a salesperson Martin who he thought would be best suited to help me get what I was looking for. Martin asked me what exactly do you want both in terms of vehicle,lease terms and trade in…that would make me happy and drive away in my new vehicle. He then proceeded to show me numerous options on vehicles until only color choice was left. Most importantly, during that processes he steered me away from a vehicle that he thought could have an issue in the future and ones that would not be appropriate based on my wishlist. I can not recommend highly enough his work ethics and his desire to make me happy at the end of the day. BTW: I have never written this long a review before…but I feel Evan and Martin’s help was worth my time and effort. Additional… I only know her 1st name…Sierra….maybe not spelled that way…who while I was “trying” to dealwith my insurance company to change vehicles came to my assistance to help me through all their questions. This shows the quality of this dealership…it’s mgmt and salespeople …and not just the one who was getting paid for my business. Wow is all I can say. More
