First visit. Only had an oil change, so can’t really comment about technicians. However, valet and service agents need hospitality training. The taller valet just talks on his phone instead of acknowledging customers. The shorter valet was friendly. Service agents are worse. I entered the service area and none of 4 agents acknowledged me in any way. I just stood there. Finally I felt like I interrupted Ufredo because I was standing in front of him for a while without him even looking up. He didn’t even have a customer. He is positioned directly in front of the service door. He does not offer a greeting or feeling that I’m going to be taken care of. No genuine thank you for coming to Arrigo upon departure. I was not acknowledged for quite a while first of all. I pulled up and sat there for a while there is usually someone that greets you that’s fine so I went in by the counter there were 5 guys behind the c I pulled up and sat there for a while there is usually someone that greets you that’s fine so I went in by the counter there were 5 guys behind the counter all talking some busy working some not really finally the younger kid that was new asked if I was helped I said no and he checked me in for a free oil change I had coming and said I get a 5 point inspection and it will take about an hour to hour and a half. I told him I would be waiting in the lobby. So about 2 hours go by and nothing I see him walk by a few times and he sees me. So half hour more I go up to the counter and ask if my car is done. He looks it up oh yeah I called u and left u a message, it was only like 15 minutes ago. I said that’s fine. Just give me the car. He said he couldn’t do that his keys were on his desk. More
