I had an appointment at 3 pm. Went inside to a miserable person who didn’t even say hello. He was slumped in his chair. I felt as though I was bothering him. When I got home I noticed I had another coupon for get 3 oils changes for less than I paid for one. I have been leasing cars for 20 years and have been to many car dealerships. Every time I come to your location, it’s a nightmare. The only one that has a smile on his face is the valet man. He is always very nice. Got in my car and there was oil on the passenger seat. They broke my wheel lock and stripped my lug nut! I waited over 5 hours for a simple oil change and tire cross rotation. I watched the auto tech perform the service and he did not cross rotate my tir I waited over 5 hours for a simple oil change and tire cross rotation. I watched the auto tech perform the service and he did not cross rotate my tires after having told the girl who took my keys. The tech came out and informed me the lug nut got stripped without a care in the world. They used the air gun incorrectly breaking my wheel lock and stripping my lug nut. I spoke with the manager who looked at the cameras and stated that they owed me a new tire lock key. I’m irate and really believe the techs are incompetent and have zero idea about what they are doing! More

I was told they could get my truck in to exchange the running boards as long as I was there by 3:30 pm. I had taken off work to get there on time and my truck was taken to the back where I waited for abo running boards as long as I was there by 3:30 pm. I had taken off work to get there on time and my truck was taken to the back where I waited for about an hour. One of the service representives came out to talk to my salesman and told him that they could not get my truck in at that time to reschedule. I had explained to them that I had to take off work to get there. If it was not fit my sales representative fighting for me I would not of had my truck taken care of. He also stated that it would be a minimum of 6 hrs because they were after market running boards. Having installed running boards my self and the running boards being the same boards I had installed on a previous truck, I knew it could of been done in one hour, because that's what it took me with one person helping me doing it on the floor not on a lift. The service department should of figured out how to take my truck in to be completed. They also had a can not do it attitude. It has made me think twice about taking my truck there for service again.
