Car was there almost three weeks. Told me the warranty wasn’t good when it was. Just horrible customer service, who has one mechanic?. Come on!!! I should have read the terrible Yelp reviews before I took it there, and saved myself time and money. Had the car towed somewhere else yesterday even though I was told anywhere else I would take it take just as long. Guess I’ll find out, hopefully I wont have to wait days for a callback. 96 one star reviews on Yelp out of 123.. says it all doesn’t it! Arrigo Margate SUCKS! More
When I made the appointment over the phone for my peeling screen I was told that they would need to see my car to make sure it was under warranty. When I arrived I told the service advisor that I would just screen I was told that they would need to see my car to make sure it was under warranty. When I arrived I told the service advisor that I would just like to make sure it’s under warranty and order the parts if necessary and schedule an appointment for another day to drop my car off to do the work so that I can arrange for a ride and schedule my work around it. I waited for an hour and forty five minutes then asked how much longer it would be. He told me that my car hasn’t even been looked at and that there are two cars in front of me and will probably be at least another hour and a half to two hours before it would be seen. I asked to just take my car I would need to reschedule and he couldn’t have seemed happier to give me my key and send me on my way. I get a receipt in my email which the service advisor stated that “CUSTOMER LEFT DUE TO VEHICLE NOT BEING ABLE TO BE LOOKED AT IN 1 HOUR CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE“ Which was completely inaccurate, It was after almost two hours of waiting and then being told it would be AT LEAST another hour and a half to two hours that I requested to take my car.
