I started out having difficulty using your online to check in for a 6 pt service checkup and oil change. So I went in person and after quite a while I was told they did not have an oil filter and would check in for a 6 pt service checkup and oil change. So I went in person and after quite a while I was told they did not have an oil filter and would have to get it from another dealer (Hyundai?). Then it took another hour or so when I finally saw my service advisor (back from lunch?) and asked how much longer. I was told the filter had just come in and it would be about another 20 minutes. If my next oil change wasn't free, I would go somewhere else. When I do come back, I will call to ensure they have the oil filter before I come back! More
