The service writer (Juan) was very nice and good at his job. The technician had the car all day and was focused on a oil leak and not the recall I brought the vehicle in for. The fuel pump was replaced, but the vehicle still has issues with turning off and not starting. So now I have to take it back in for the tech to look at. After my device with you yesterday I when and sold my Town and Country so I would never have to deal with your service department again. I brought my car in because my radio/camera and navigation system Town and Country so I would never have to deal with your service department again. I brought my car in because my radio/camera and navigation system went dark. I ask the servic guy if it was possibly a fuse? He told me that there would be a 200.00 inspection fee. I arrived for my service at 10:00 am and did not leave until after 1:00 I had to go twice to inquire about my car. My last time I was rod it was not a fuse and the part would cost 900.00+ dollars plus labor. I had to go back again because they did not put the radio back. My car was not brought to the service area as my rep said it would be. I got my keys and walk to my care and when directly to buy another car a Nissan. Amount my other regrets is tha I had to pay 253.00 for absolutely nothing. I will never go to Arrigobever again and will tell all I know that you are a rip off. More
