The issue I came to the service center for was not resolved. The next day I was having the same issue again. The service consultant was the only positive experience, but this service center is the worst I have experienced in my car history. I don’t like the fact you can’t make an appointment and just have to wait for someone to assist you when it’s convenient for them. The service appointment was a complete waste of almost $500 as the car was history a week later. I’m happy to be done with this dealership. Even the vehicle purchase experience was the worst I ever had with all the mistakes and the terrible salesperson who was gone shortly after I bought the vehicle. More
