I was very frustrated because a couple of things went bad on my new RAM truck and I needed my truck right away for a planned family weekend. I got an appointment over the phone and it was really nice that I on my new RAM truck and I needed my truck right away for a planned family weekend. Mr. Brian Crystall took care of me and went over to the car to see personally what the problems were. He told me that it could take up to a day or two but that he was going to try to get it done by the next day (which was a Saturday). Brian called me the next morning to tell me that my truck was ready and been washed at that very moment. I got over to Arrigo in 20 minutes and Brian gave me my keys and me end my family were able to spend an awesome weekend as planned. I went to get my oil change but because the prior one was done incorrectly I had to take a Uber home after waiting two hours as they had to get a new part that they ruined during the previous oil change. Wha done incorrectly I had to take a Uber home after waiting two hours as they had to get a new part that they ruined during the previous oil change. What was supposed to take only a couple hours to fix it took all day! I was pleased that they did own up to the fact that the person that had done the previous oil change had made it impossible to do a oil change with out a new part. More
