Brought my car in because it wouldn’t go into reverse. Got the car back three days later and nothing was done. Next day my car got stuck in 3rd gear so I had to come back to the dealership. Luckily my service agent(a woman) was extremely nice and understood my frustration and called an Uber to take me home. A few days later, someone called me to come pick up the car; not my original service agent. Paid for an Uber to take me back to the dealership only for another service person to tell me my car is not ready and it’s waiting for parts. Unfortunately, my original service agent wasn’t there to help, but the gentleman that did help me wasted no time setting me up for a rental. Two weeks later I was told my car was ready by a third service person my car was ready. I came back to the dealership to pick up my car only to wait 15 minutes to get helped by a fourth service agent who called the gentleman who set me up with the rental to finish my transaction. Again, the gentleman was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. He even offered to return the rental for me. I got my car back filthy. You would think after having it for two weeks, they would at least wash it or spray it with a hose. It was clearly under a tree while they were waiting for parts. A weeks later, I called the rental company about my refund on the deposit for the rental. They informed me the rental car wasn’t retuned until three days after I returned it to the dealer therefore I will not get my deposit back. After fighting with Enterprise and explaining that the date they have on file is three days after I returned it, I finally received my deposit back a few days later. What a horrible experience!!! More
