Horrible experience. Two + months before they would replace engine in truck leased there as new and had catastrophic failure with under 3500 miles on it. I have owned a Dodge since 1991 THRU 2020. My first purchace was a Dodge stealth IN NEW YORK .And have dealt with numerous dealers over the years. The experience at this dealer was horrible.. I will be contacting Corperate..I had an appoinment and their was nobody at the desk for 30 min. Once David came around I wasn't greeted AND totally ignored..Mind you there were no other cars waiting.Another guy told me too put my key in an envelope and put in drop box. And I probably wouldn't get my car back for 2 days..FOR AN OIL CHANGE..COME ON ..HORIBLE SERVICE..NEVER EVER AGAIN I ENDED UP BACK AT SAWGRASS 2 DAYS LATER..WHERE CHRIS AND EVERYBODY TREATED ME GREAT. SERVICE WAS EMPECABLE AS IT SHOULD BE.. More

Bad idea that picking up the car has to be where drop off is. Why should someone picking up the car have to wait while the service advisor is doing the lengthy process of intake and inspections etc. The serv is.
