I was extremely stressed out and upset because if its a professional place of business the person should know what to tell me. I dropped off my vehicle because the navigation system was all out of wack and the dashboard displayed a malfunction light, the start/stop issue. After speaking to the agent I also got transferred to another department whom transferred me to the service department. It seemed nobody knew which was my vehicle and what my vehicle needed. At the end of the day, the battery was replaced, we paid for it but the navigation system is even worse than before. As soon as I turn it on it shows like we are driving in the ocean, so clearly your technician didn't do anything to fix or update y navigation system which I need to work. More
My Service Advisor Devesh Maharaj was courteous, professional and caring. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. He is an asset to Arrigo. On the other hand I am very disappointed in the Mechanic reporting that the front struts were leaking and tension rods needed replacing. In conversation with two of the Service Advisors we all questioned that report simply based on the cars milage of just over 23,000 miles..My neighbor, who is a mechanic, verified that the Struts were not leaking at all....THE INSPECTOR VERIFIED WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS THERE IS A CLUNK NOISE IN THE FRONT END. THERE IS NOISE FROM BOTH FRONT UPPER STRUT MOUNTS. THERE IS ALSO A NOISE FROM THE LOWER CONTROL ARMS. THERE WAS NO EXCESSIVE OSCILLATION FROM THE FRONT STRUTS. THE FRONT STRUTS ARE DRY AND NOT LEAKING. THERE WAS ONLY NOISE FROM THE UPPER STRUT MOUNTS. THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS ARE WORN AND STARTING TO SEPARATE. THE FRONT LOWER THRUST ARM BUSHINGS SHOW NO FAILURE AND NO EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT WITH A PRY BAR..........If this was not an insurance claim I might have fallen victim to this false information from the mechanic and I would have invested approximately $2,500 in this repair. This incident has left a distrustful bad taste in my mouth for future service at Arrigo Margate..........Ending on a positive note "The Service Advisor' Devesh was very good. More

Dropped my truck off at 7:30 in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it should only be a couple hours and would call when it was done at 11 o’clock I hadn’t heard anything so I start change and tire rotation. They said it should only be a couple hours and would call when it was done at 11 o’clock I hadn’t heard anything so I started calling the service department. I thought I called at least six times each time being put on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever picking up. I finally reach somebody at 3 o’clock they checked on the truck and said it had not been started yet. But they would get it in right away and it would definitely be done today. At 5 o’clock I still hadn’t heard so I called and again got an answering service voicemail. Long story short I had to wait till the next day to pick my truck up. Very poor service More
