1. My wife took my RAM in for an oil change and found out We didn’t have any left. In the package. My wife agreed to buy the “3” package and was charged for four (4) oil changes. Apparently since Arrigo sold the dealerships customer service is not the greatest the service manager was good but simple oil change and tire rotation the tech did not do the tire rotation. Then I went to the parts department to ask for fuel filters they took very long and once the guy came out look at me patiently walks toward me stops to put dip in his mouth when I ask him for the parts he looks at the ceiling and tells me a random price and when I asked him are you going to look it up on the computer he told me yeah sure I didn’t do it so this is why I’m saying the customer service sucks I don’t really know what they are think if that’s normal now but if you’re going to go spend money somewhere you need to be treated correctly More
