Ishmael Sharp did a good job. I had tons of verifications and he answered most questions so the purchase went smoothly. The detailing department did a poor job. There seems to be a miscommunications with work being requested, information easily available in your systems about my vehicles, and work that should be performed per the dealer package and seasoned mech requested, information easily available in your systems about my vehicles, and work that should be performed per the dealer package and seasoned mechanics recommendations. Received one of my vehicles back yesterday afternoon (dropped it off on Tue and it was forgotten about). Window tint was one of the services performed and there is paper stuck to the outside of the front window (hope it comes off without damaging the new tent). The miscommunications caused countless hours going back and forth and waiting at the dealership -- hopefully, everything that should have been done on the car (checkup, tire rotation, oil change, etc.) was performed I'm not confident given this is the second time we've had issues with the shop. Additionally, my Chrysler Pacifica (second car) is still with the shop with an AC issue (same issue the shop supposedly fixed during its last prolonged stay. It's the Friday of the 4th of July weekend and we have not received a phone call or text giving a status report. Looks as if consistent disappointment will continue. As I said during my previous review, I have been with Chrysler for more than 20 years and this is the first dealership I've experienced such unsatisfactory service. Disappointed. Semper fidelis More

A simple oil change took over 2hrs. I arrived at 10:20am for my 10:30am appointment. I was told to wait by my car and someone would assist me. However, customers that arrived after me was assisted before me for my 10:30am appointment. I was told to wait by my car and someone would assist me. Not sure if I'll be returning for future services. More
