Not to happy with service writer trying to sell me a Brake fluid change on a vehicle with only 33,000 miles. No where in the owners manual does it even talk about a brake fluid change. At 12:30pm I arrived for my full service oil change. I waited nearly 3hrs for a fifteen minute oil change! When I approached the service desk to inquire about my vehicle. I was told that due to a mix up waited nearly 3hrs for a fifteen minute oil change! When I approached the service desk to inquire about my vehicle. Heather was wonderful to deal with. Continued to follow up on progress of service and just a very nice person to deal with. This was not only with me, but with everyone I saw her deal with. They did not service the car. I asked them why not? Instead they called the police and asked me to leave. They told me never to bring my vehicle back and gave no reason why.
