A week after purchasing my 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Enterprise Car Sales, the “Stop/Start” feature was not working properly. The engine kept turning off intermittently. I got stuck on the intersection of SR 441 & Royal Palm. Everyone was honking at me. Needless to say it was very embarrassing. I saw the Arrigo Jeep Dealership & pulled in to see if could be checked out. One of the Sales Representatives immediately directed me to the maintenance department. I explained to Janna what happened. Mind you, I had no appointment but Janna had the car diagnosed & discovered the battery was defective. Janna had the battery replaced. I was very impressed with Janna’s professionalism. I will be bringing my Jeep for regular maintenance from now on. I had a 2016 Toyota Corolla which reached 335,000 + miles but was totaled in an accident that wasn’t my fault. I was a loyal customer & brought my Corolla in for maintenance from its first 5,000 miles until the accident. I will do the same with my Jeep. Thank you. More
