Staff was very professional. Dropped off van night prior to morning appointment. Did not get to it till end of day. Kept it for two days and I had to pay for rental. Claimed rotational thumping was from drive shaft. Said part was on indefinite national back order. Said it was ok to drive back to Chicago. Took it to the dealer in Illinois where I purchased it and they diagnosed problem as a bad RF hub bearing and replaced it the same day which fixed the noise. It was probably dangerous to drive the van over 1400 miles with a failing wheel hub bearing! More
