I recently bought a used truck there with one key dealer agreed with a “We Owe promise document”to provide another key. Since I took delivery of truck it has been impossible to get a reply from salesman vi agreed with a “We Owe promise document”to provide another key. Since I took delivery of truck it has been impossible to get a reply from salesman via text. Called used car manager who also verbally promised it would be resolved in a weeks time. Going on 14 days now and still do not have any information on what company will provide this replacement key. To make it worse I checked the thumb drive where all documents are copied and this document was not there. I will have to write a few emails because unfortunately salesman and manager seem to not wanna keep their end of the bargain. Be very cautious when dealing with this dealer. Maybe isolated event but communication is key prior and after sale. Negotiations were good. Car showing was good. Finance department was good. Unfortunately one issue can ruin the experience as a whole. More
