My first time visit to Arrigon was fast, friendly and efficient. Their recommended Jeep maintenance schedule is different than what we found online so I wasn’t expecting some of the recommendations, howe efficient. Worst Dealer service ever! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Worst customer service, had an oil change and useless multi-point inspection. Two days later, my car overheats beyond capacity DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Towed my car to Arrigo to wait over an hour before being serviced. Had to request a manager to assist. Ira was beyond kind and respectful, and he adopted my sense of urgency and helped me to obtain service. I needed to take a rental and while at Enterprise, had the pleasure of connecting with two other Arrigo customers that had literally just returned a rental while having their cars serviced at Arrigo. One customer informed me that he was called to pick up his car today from service, drove 4 miles down the road before losing complete power steering. The other customer shared that when he arrived to pick up his car, the entire front end was damaged. The service advisor claimed he brought it in that way but he was certain that was not the case. He too was back same day, less than an hour after returning the rental to obtain another while waiting for Arrigo to fix the issues they created. Run as fast as you can from this place!! Worst service from a major dealer. They are not honest, completely u reliable and they will do anything to blame you and shirk culpability for any wrong doing. I will not rest until your reputation matches the level of service you have been providing to this community. More

I am very impressed with the service department at Arrigo Margate. It is so smoothly and professionally run.
