Was told wait would be an hour- hour 1/2 for oil change. I returned after this time and one person told me the car was not brought back yet. Another told me the water pump was broken and it would take longe I returned after this time and one person told me the car was not brought back yet. Another told me the water pump was broken and it would take longer. If that was the case they should’ve called me to inform me it would take longer so I’m not stuck waiting at the dealership.
