When I came to drop off the car No one behind the service desk would even look up. It took about 10 minutes to get someone to ask if they could help me. The day the car was to be ready I called and I service desk would even look up. It took about 10 minutes to get someone to ask if they could help me. The day the car was to be ready I called and I was transferred to the service department. No one picked up and the call bounced back . Once again I was told that they would transferred me to service and again no one picked up. I then called a second time and this time they said they would have someone call me in a few minutes. No one ever returned the call. For a service department this is very poor customer service. More
