Very bad service! 1- My Caddy XT5 that I bought at Arrigo has one Bridgestone tire and four Good Year. Even the service advisor Brian Crystall noticed and pointed 1- My Caddy XT5 that I bought at Arrigo has one Bridgestone tire and four Good Year. Even the service advisor Brian Crystall noticed and pointed it out. You were supposed to rotate the tire which is included. Guess what? The tire is in the same location (passenger rear) as I turned in so it tells me that the tire rotation was not performed. They cannot claim that they did not have the wheel key because it is in the passenger compartment as the last time. 2- I scheduled the service early 10am so they can perform for the 1st time the Arrigo Advantage Package that I bought. Nothing was performed.. Inside the car was dirty ( I leave it on purpose. I am the one that clean / detail my car), the wheels had the same dust, etc. In fact, I rented a car so you could take your time performing the Arrigo Advantage Package. I am afraid if they did not perform the oil/filter change. If I would not have paid for the next nine oil/filter change, I would go to another dealer. More
Had an overall great experience at this dealership. Was able to drop my jeep off explain the issue and have it fixed within a week as opposed to having it at the other Arrigo dealership by the Sawgrass Was able to drop my jeep off explain the issue and have it fixed within a week as opposed to having it at the other Arrigo dealership by the Sawgrass for over three months with no communication.
