Had to take,my car in due to an incomplete computer down load. Took it in on Saturday given I,was,told,it would be a 40 minute,job only.to be told itcwould,take,several hours so,they.ubered me home to wait load. I was called,to pick it up 2 hours later only to learn upon my arrival at the dealership it was not corrected after I pointed it out to the service tech. They tool the car back in told me it woukd take about 5 minutes but I waited an hour. Then i was told by the service manager that it was,fixed and I'm all set only to learn half way home that.the download did not take removing many of my Jeep Cherokees,features. I was,told that your service tech speacilized in these types of functions only work,Monday through Friday. Why is,that. What is a dealership willing to do to keep its,l customers. This is,a 70 thpusand dollar,automobile. You reuined my Saturday for,somethikg I,had,no control over. I am very pissed,about thus,whole episode. No one has called me to learn of the status of my car. And your telephone receptionist is rude and left me hanging on hold for 15 minutes andxi,hadxto call back and then she hung up on me, finally.after.the.4 call I got through to the.service,department.
