Margate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Waited a month to get the car back the first time. 1st they ordered a RDM which they thought to come with another part and that took 2-weeks. It didn't. Ordered just the RDM. Another 2-weeks. Tur 1st they ordered a RDM which they thought to come with another part and that took 2-weeks. It didn't. Ordered just the RDM. Another 2-weeks. Turned out not to be the problem. Replaced the diff. On my way home the Srv 4wd light came on. I took it back the next day (Sat) and this other service mgr told it would be several days till they could look at it and he would not give me a car. He then told me I should drive it so the computer sorts it out. After several days the light came on a couple times. Called Shane and he said he would talk to the tech... waited several days.. called again.. He said he would call the tech... After a week I dropped it off on a Sunday and left in my wife's car. Hearing nothing by Thursday, I dropped in on my way home. No one had looked at it. Next day I got a call saying it was low on diff oil (how did this happen!!). They had to order the correct part. I think it was at the end of 10-14 days I got it back. It ran fine. Over the next few days I keep noticing a funny noise when backing up and applying the brakes out of my parking place. I thought it was related to the rear end again. I took it back in one evening and they got me a car. It was a jeep sahara. While backing up out of my parking space in the Sahara the next morning, I noticed it did the same thing. There was a lot of grit material after repaving. I immediately called and said I was coming in. I returned the car and got dropped off at your dealership. they pulled the jeep into a parking spot and as I was walking towards it from a distance... I could see the right exhaust tip hanging very low. When I pushed it with my foot it swayed over and hit the tire. It wasn't even fastened by a hanger!! I went back in.... told them... they took it in back while I waited. The brought it out and I got in without looking at the job. The next day I did take a good look and the right side hangs lower than the left side and sticks out further. I have to wonder... was all this done by the same mechanic... or do you have a problem in general with your mechanics. Needless to say.... I am very reluctant to ever have any work done there again. And as of this Sunday 11/20, the day of the heavy rain... I found water on the drivers side floor mat.... and none of my interior lights work. This is the first American production car I have owned in almost 30 years... and I can't believe this can happen. More
