Upon arrival, the service teams seemed upset and angry, not welcoming. I engaged with someone to start the check-in process. I did not get the service manager's real name. He gave the name “Juan” to someo not welcoming. I engaged with someone to start the check-in process. I did not get the service manager's real name. He gave the name “Juan” to someone on hold who was asking to speak with his Manage. He belittled the person on the phone line for asking to speak with a manager. After placing her back on hold, he bragged to the other team members behind the desk, Saying she (the customer) was a crazy xxxxx/ Karen, and that he gave her the name Juan so when she called and complained, they won’t know who she spoke with. this in itself was hard to see. A challenge to not say anything for fear something terrible might happen to my car if I spoke up. This all occurred when my assigned service guy was helping me do the check-in process. My service guy barely said ten words to me. And did not seem to understand me either. In fact, when gathering my car mileage, he jumped into the wrong vehicle. This can happen to anyone; however, he clearly seemed to be ignoring me when I walked after him to direct him to the right car. I did receive a text message and email with my vehicle inspection. I thought this was very useful and practical. However, I did not receive any notification that the service was complete, so I made my way from the waiting area back to the service area to find the service was complete. Now, I’m not sure if I just had good timing or if the car was sitting there for some time. Either way, I left there with a horrible taste in my mouth with a level of customer service for not only myself but the person on the phone, and, I imagine, any other customers this guy comes in contact with.
