Went in for a oil change at 8:45 am was told it would be 1.5 hours. I returned to the service center at 10:30 and figured they had t called yet so I’d go sit down and wait a bit. 11:30 I approached them and 1.5 hours. I returned to the service center at 10:30 and figured they had t called yet so I’d go sit down and wait a bit. 11:30 I approached them and they stated my truck was not done. After some conversation they realized it was done by 9:45 but no one brought up the keys. Then they realized they could not find the keys. They lost my keys. After another hour and a half to two hours waiting they found them under a seat in another vehicle. Once I entered my truck I realized they didn’t even put the new sticker on the windshield. Service Writer checked with mechanic in the back who said he put it on there. Obviously he did not. A new one was printed out and put on the truck. This whole experience makes question if the oil change was even done. Also really disappointed in lack of any type of direct communication with management. Not one manager came out to talk to me about what was going on or apologize. Just a bad experience overall. More
