it's not the attendant's fault, but the service was terrible, I arrived and said that I would only have 2 hours available for the service, then they said it was no problem, after 1 hour and 30 minutes terrible, I arrived and said that I would only have 2 hours available for the service, then they said it was no problem, after 1 hour and 30 minutes there, I saw my car pass to start the service, I alerted the attendant that wouldn't give time, but he reduced the service to half of what would be done, even so, I had to leave after 2 hours in a Uber, after more than 3 hours, the attendant called me saying that he didn't have 2 filters of the service on stock and if I wanted to continue the service, it would take a few more hours, anyway, the service is terrible. While nobody likes to have repairs done on their car, the service here makes it a better experience. There was continuous communication from my service advisor, along with an extremely informative video on t service here makes it a better experience. There was continuous communication from my service advisor, along with an extremely informative video on the suggested repairs. The tech walked through the issues on the video and provided an explanation for each necessary/suggested repair. Loved the video!!! More
