The worse customer service among all dealerships in my life: Brian Crystal is an absolute jerk of a man! “ you here again?” That’s how he greeted me! He made me feel, like he was “doing me a favor” to life: Brian Crystal is an absolute jerk of a man! “ you here again?” That’s how he greeted me! He made me feel, like he was “doing me a favor” to even talk to me! I told him: Do you know why I am here Brian? It’s because you Brian never answer my phone calls, or text me with an update! So I have to drive all the way here to talk to you to find out what is going on with my service truck! Do you think that’s a sign of good customer service ? My company service truck - that is used for emergency power outage services, like the ones people are experiencing now after hurricane IAN - never got fixed after almost two months in there ! It might still be there; for all I know because my company ( aggreko ) gave me a new work truck and told me not to worry about it anymore because our company lawyers would handle the rest. More

Multiple attempts to repair battery concern and every time it’s “fixed” the vehicle is dead the next day when attempting to start. Batteries replaced, sensors replaced and always fixed but always forced time it’s “fixed” the vehicle is dead the next day when attempting to start.
