Had appt for oil change on April 16 and asked at time if I could get tires at that time also or if I needed to make another apt. My service advisor Caleb Hedrick checked and they had the size for my Kona in I could get tires at that time also or if I needed to make another apt. My service advisor Caleb Hedrick checked and they had the size for my Kona in stock.he was very polite and knowledgeable. Asked if I needed anything. Said it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Went to waiting room. Caleb text me to call him if I needed anything. Went to the service desk when the work was done. When I got home noticed the oil chang message was still in there and checked bill, no oil change on there. Called dealership , they apologized and said I could come back, but I was not able to go back that day. Do not know what the gentleman’s name was but he was very polite also. Made an appt for the next dayApril 17. Went back in April 17. My service advisor, Caleb Hedrick, was my service advisor again. He was very apologetic and said he was so sorry. Asked him at that time if I could get a complementary oil change. He said he would ask his manager. When the oil change was done, Caleb said his manger waived the fee for the oil change. Everyone was extremely so apologetic and concerned. They turned a situation into a good experience for me. I definitely would recommend the Ron Marhoffer Hyundai if Green to everyone. More
