Ordered a cover for my side mirror. Recieved message that it was in yesterday that we could come pick it up. Got there pulled in the bay some woman was like why are you here. Husband wa Recieved message that it was in yesterday that we could come pick it up. Got there pulled in the bay some woman was like why are you here. Husband was inside at the parts dept to pick it up. I said picking up a side mirror cover and just needed it snapped on she said you need an appt. I’m like it just snaps on. He gets the cover was told $199. To take off door panel. After we had already paid over $400. To buy and have it painted. I’m like it just snaps on. So i take the side top off husband takes it off. Finally a customer service guy comes out and snaps it on. Every one including the parts girl and the woman outside were mean rude and would not understand or try to help. We have bought 5 Hyundais there. Probably never go back again. I was so disappointed by their treatment :( More
