Myself and my daughter wanted to purchase a vehicle. We both went at separate times to test drive and were told it was out for service. After many calls and Texts we had an appointment for 9:00am today. They called to cancel this morning and reschedule for Monday as the salesman couldn’t make it. We had taken off work to be there and stated we would still be up and would just work with someone else. They called back and said it was being detailed and wouldn’t be there until Monday. Then another person called and someone else was test driving it right now. We were ready to make a cash deal on the car all week and got the run around. Canceled appointments and lies were the basis of our experience at this dealership. I do not recommend this very unprofessional place. More

The old fashion Scam. Get all your info. Name, license, phone...etc. Appraise your car, get your keys, read the spiel about no haggle prices.... And Still Not Let You Eve Get all your info. As of recently they have no one working in the service department everybody quit so you now have to call yourself and hope someone answers the phone. Terrible place to get service!!!! Still terrible service the rep that called had no idea what was going on with our car and became nasty with my wife she is a very calm and nice person even when being berated this has happened here several times two of which she came home crying! We have always been nice when we call but they seem to not care. There are many reviews now being posted about this dealership it has major issues from management down!!!!! More

I called Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green and spoke with sales consultant, John Kainrad. I explained that my husband and I have been shopping for the perfect car for us to lease and have decided on a Hyunda sales consultant, John Kainrad. I explained that my husband and I have been shopping for the perfect car for us to lease and have decided on a Hyundai Kona SEL fwd. We were still undecided on color and I asked John to please have a Thunder Gray Kona ready for us to see the next morning at 10:00 when we pass through on our way to Cleveland (Halloween 2020) and work up a quick quote as we would be pressed for time. We arrived at 10:00, John met us at the door and took us to see the Thunder Gray Kona he had staged for us just outside the showroom. Did you know when the sun hits that Thunder Gray it sparkles blue, purple and green? I didn’t either! It’s beautiful 😍. Color decision made! We sat down then with John and negotiated a great price and started the paper work. We had to leave, but came back later to wrap it all up and drive our new car home! Easy peasy! Only great with the right sales person I do want to start off by saying that one sales guy, John K, is probably the best Salesman I have ever experienced. He is very polite, caring, and tho I do want to start off by saying that one sales guy, John K, is probably the best Salesman I have ever experienced. He is very polite, caring, and thoughtful.....I would recommend him ONLY to anyone else. I did unfortunately have a bad experience not invoking John K, he was not available during my visit. I was assigned a female who didn’t seem to care about my insight or my desires and same to the manager she had come speak to me in regards to the car I wanted to buy. I felt very disrespected by the words and actions that took place during my entire visit and that’s not how buying a new car should be. I was almost in tears due to being consistently let down, judged, and manipulated. More
