I do have 1 suggestion, when the Sales manager came over to go over pricing, it would have been nice to get a break-down of the incentives and how much each one was and to have that in writing with the paperwork, so when the customer goes home and reviews the figures, it would be all there. Otherwise, everything was great... I decided I wanted a moon roof put in after purchase and Mark hooked me up with Custom Trim to get one put in... They did a great job as well. Mark is an excellent Salesman to work with, and he makes you feel comfortable when making a big purchase decision. More
